What types of projects are eligible for a Granite State Reads grant?

Any specific project that improves the literacy skills of New Hampshire children or adults will be considered for a Granite State Reads grant.

Who can apply?

Any agency or individual in New Hampshire who can comply with the requirements of this grant may apply.

What are the requirements of this grant?

Grant recipients are required to complete a report, using the form provided on the Granite State Reads web site by the 1st of November of the grant year.

How much money can be requested?

Grant proposals of no less than $500 will be considered.

How can I see what my application looks like before I submit it?

If you log on from the GSR application page you will see your grant applications (in progress and previous ones) and a link at the far right that says "Preview Application." Clicking on that link will display your application as it will look to the review committee. You can use the printing functionality of your browser to print a copy for your files or to give you a hard copy to proof read before submitting the application.
