		Grant Applications & Instructions If you have not applied for a Granite State Reads grant online before, you must first register. Returning users may login to apply for a new grant or complete an existing application. If you would prefer to download a blank form and fill it out on your computer, then follow this link. Fill the form out. Save it. Then either US Mail it to us, or attach it to an e-mail and send it to gsr@library.state.nh.us Organizations that receive grants and do not submit their completed grant report by November 1st of the grant year will be INELIGIBLE to receive a GSR grant for the next two grant cycles.
